I've helped small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in maximizing lead generation and boosting sales. With a portfolio spanning over 700 digital marketing campaigns, I excel in delivering assets under tight deadlines. My passion lies in problem-solving, tailoring designs to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, creating everything from infographics to PR packages.
Alongside my design work, I managed a team of six junior graphic designers. This entailed overseeing their onboarding process, providing constructive feedback, conducting coaching sessions, and generating progress reports.
Currently I am working in charitable fundraising for one of Canada’s top charities. I produce all the digital assets for and help coordinate six major revenue development campaigns throughout the year. Additionally, I create merchandise designs for the online store and thank you gifts for donors.

The British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA) is one of the largest non-profit animal welfare organizations in North America.
As part of the digital giving team, I work on designing, developing and executing six yearly fundraising campaigns: Lottery for Animals in need (bi annual), Champions for Animals, Lock-In for Love, Calendar Contest and the Make My Pet a Yellow Dog Brewing Star photo contest. In addition, I create merchandise designs for apparel and products. My role as a Development Officer includes:
Creating digital assets and branding guidelines for campaigns, marketing, recruitment, stewardship emails and social media content.
Ongoing data analysis through Google Analytics and Luminate Online. A/B testing to ensure our digital content is optimized.
Creating, setting up and maintaining the budget for Facebook and Reddit ads.
Brainstorming and illustrating artwork for merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, greeting cards, etc… that are sold in the BC SPCA’s online store or donor touch point thank you gifts.
Supporting other teams within the BC SPCA by providing graphic/web design including coding landing pages, creating printable form layouts, magazine advertisements, posters, web graphics and other small design projects.

Wishpond is an all-in-one marketing platform for generating, managing and nurturing leads into sales. They have in-house professional designers who create marketing campaigns and materials for their clients.
I worked with over 700+ small and large business from around the world. My responsibilities are mainly comprised of:
Designing and coding responsive landing pages that look great and fulfill brand guidelines.
Creating the marketing assets required for a successful campaign including Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google display ads, popups, email templates and images.
Managing junior designers by providing feedback on their work and supporting their growth at Wishpond through one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions.

Macdonald Realty has been serving the real estate needs of British Columbians for more than 70 years. They have an in-house creative team that produces marketing materials for the 900+ REALTORS® in the company.
I joined the team on a two month contract, filling-in for a member on medical leave. I was responsible for:
Designing and printing feature sheets, folded brochures, postcards, banners and signage.
Incorporating agent’s feedback into already existing projects.
Maintaining the organization of project files and billing information.

YMC Network is a mobile games publisher that provides marketing, localization and user acquisition services for the American and Chinese markets.
I was part of the production team, creating marketing assets for the company and game clients. During my time at YMC I was involved with:
Creating game screenshots and icons for the App Store.
Making advertisements and other promotional graphics for Facebook and Chartboost.
Designing and coding the new YMC Games and YMC Network websites.

BCcampus is a publicly funded organization that uses information technology to connect the expertise, programs, and resources of all post-secondary institutions in British Columbia.
My role was to support their online communities and events for teaching/learning, this included:
Creating infographics, blog posts and various website assets.
Website maintenance, database management and entry.
Helping facilitate conferences by overseeing the printing of promotional materials, providing photograph/videography services and helping run events.
My current expertise is working with HTML, CSS and a little bit of jQuery alongside Photoshop and Illustrator to create digital marketing campaign assets. This includes landing pages, Shopify stores, social media ads, logos, infographics and emails. I have also produced promotional videos with Premier, brand books and documents with InDesign and digital prototypes with Figma. In the past I have also worked with physical mediums, printing brochures, booklets, posters and signage. I love to learn new techniques and programs, using problems as a launch pad for self-learning.
