Grandfield Apartments

Grandfield Apartments is a condominium development in the Hills District of Sydney, Australia. For their upcoming pre-sale and showroom launch, they wanted a bespoke brochure download page to start generating interest in the project.

The goal was to convey a sense of luxury through the layout while effectively showcasing rendered imagery alongside informative text. To achieve this, I broke up the lengthy paragraphs into distinct sections with image carousels, maintaining a clean and organized layout. By interspersing details about the development and amenities, I created a flow between light and dark sections, accentuating their signature navy color.

Additionally, I revamped the low-resolution floor plan imagery into high-quality vectors, ensuring potential buyers could better visualize the space. The resulting layout was so aligned with the client’s requirements that there was no design revisions before launch.
